Every year, on the last Saturday in June, we celebrate "Camping Day", and organize events and activities throughout the day.

Both the edition and the broadcast went out in the summer of 2012. It was a reasonably representative documentary showing the atmosphere at the campsite during the summer holidays.

Practically every afternoon you can see in the area close to the Redondilla and Lengua Lagunas (Lakes), a small group of mountain goats that have for many years populated the hills surrounding the Natural Park.

During several months in 2013, we gave away stays in our bungalows to families where both parents had been out of work for over a year.

This initiative came about thanks to the Federation of Campsite Business Men & Women in Spain, whereby 72 other campsites across the whole of Spain also gave away breaks the same as us.

Every year on the last Sunday in October or the first Sunday in November, we hold a 10,000 metres athletics race, which is included in the regional fun races in Albacete. We have been organizing this well-supported sports event for several years now in conjunction with the Town Council and the Athletics Club in Ossa de Montiel. Over 500 athletes have taken part in the four editions that have been held so far, something that is quite a considerable feat, we believe.
