The Natural Park offers a multitude of routes and itineraries that you can explore on your own or with a local guide. Several companies specialise in leisure and free-time activities, allowing you to organise your diving, canoeing, fishing, hiking, 4x4 routes, bird watching, spelunking, and more activities.

Mountain biking enthusiasts will find several paths and forest tracks throughout the natural park, sometimes at the foot of the lagoon and other times deep within the Mediterranean forest. 

The terrain is mostly flat, making it accessible and enjoyable for all levels. Fans of this sport and those looking to try it out will be rewarded with numerous pleasurable feelings. 

Sailing and canoeing are among the most popular activities in the natural park. The vast expanses of some lagoons, combined with the clear and calm waters, make these activities an unforgettable experience. 

Various types of boats, including canoes, paddle boats, and skates, can be rented at several locations in the park.

Fishing is allowed in the park, though not in all lagoons. For conservation reasons, fishing is prohibited in some areas, which are signposted. 

To fish, you need a fishing licence from Castilla-La Mancha, which can be easily obtained online. The types of fish that can be caught here are varied, including boga, carp, barbel, pike, black bass, and others.
