Welcome to Camping Los Batanes.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we have established the following rules regarding pets. By staying with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your pet.

1. Additional Cost: Pets incur an additional fee, which must be communicated at reception upon arrival.

2. Pet Limit: A maximum of 2 pets per bungalow and 3 pets per plot is allowed.

3. Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in certain common areas, including the bar-cafeteria (except on the terrace when permitted), toilets, laundry areas, and the pool area. 

*Guide dogs are permitted in accordance with Castilla-La Mancha legislation.

4. Hygiene and Documentation: Pet owners must maintain their pets in proper hygienic and sanitary conditions. Cats must have a health card, and dogs must have a passport with up-to-date documentation. Dogs must be microchipped, vaccinated against rabies (cats too), and dewormed.

5. Bathing Facilities: Public bathrooms, showers, or bathtubs are not to be used for pet cleaning. There is a designated pet bathing area in toilet block nº1.

6. Relief Areas: The campsite does not have designated pet relief areas. Please ensure your pet does not relieve itself within the facilities. If an accident occurs, owners must clean up immediately.

7. Leash Requirement: Pets must be on a leash at all times within the campsite. Running loose is not permitted.

8. Supervision: Pets should not be left alone in their accommodation (plot or bungalow) to avoid disturbing other guests.

9. Responsibility for Damages: Owners are responsible for any damage their pets cause to third parties or campsite property (common areas, accommodations, plots, or bungalows).

10. Bungalow Rules: In bungalow accommodations, Jaimas, and Hiniestas tents, pets must have their belongings. Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, or other furniture. Non-compliance may result in the loss of your deposit.

11. Muzzle Legislation: Compliance with local legislation regarding the use of muzzles is required.
