We advise you to verify all the details of your booking days before your arrival, including check-in and check-out dates, type of accommodation, and check-in and check-out times.

The campsite is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during your stay. We do not provide lockers, so you are responsible for securing your belongings.

Anyone wishing to stay at our facilities must register and present identification. This can be done online or in person. For online check-in, you must provide the issue and expiry dates of your official documents, as well as your nationality. For in-person check-in, you must present your official document. Without it, you cannot check-in or stay at the facilities.

Absolute silence is required from midnight to 08:00 am hours to respect the rest of the guests. Music, high-volume televisions, and other noisy devices are prohibited at any time. Playing musical instruments is also forbidden.

All vehicles must be registered at reception with their number plates to move around the site. The maximum speed is 10 kilometres per hour for motor vehicles, scooters, and electric vehicles.

We accept pets in our facilities, both in accommodations and plots. Pet owners must follow specific rules which must be known and accepted.

Pet acceptance rules

It is forbidden to light any charcoal or wood fires on the campsite. Only electric or gas cookers are allowed.

Our swimming pool area is open from June 15th to September 8th, 2024. Please make sure to know the main rules before access.

We expect you to enjoy your stay and rest while respecting the peace of other guests, the work of our staff, and the elements of the campsite. Thus, it includes furniture, buildings, and nature, as we are in a protected environment.
