Location of the Campsite

Los Batanes campsite is located in the heart of the Lagunas de Ruidera, next to the Redondilla Lagoon, along the local road that runs through the Natural Park. It is situated in the municipality of Ossa de Montiel, Albacete, approximately 90 km from the town. We are about 2 hours from major cities such as Madrid, Alicante, Valencia, and Murcia.

Route from Madrid

Take the A-4 towards Andalusia.
Near Manzanares, at approximately on the kilometre 170, exit at La Solana.
Join the N-430 to the town of Ruidera.
Before entering Ruidera, turn onto the CR-650 road through the Lagunas de Ruidera.
After about eight kilometres, you will arrive at Los Batanes Campsite.

Route from Alicante

Take the A-31 to Albacete.
Exit onto the A-32 towards Manzanares N-430.
Turn onto the N-430 and drive 85 kilometres to Ossa de Montiel.
Follow the signs to Lagunas de Ruidera and take the C-30 road for about nine kilometres to reach Los Batanes Campsite.

Route from Murcia

Take the A-30 motorway towards Albacete and Madrid.
After 87 kilometres, exit at Hellín Norte (exit 56).
Take the CM-412 road, then the CM-313 towards Munera.
About 10 kilometres before Munera, connect with the N-430.
Turn left and continue to Ossa de Montiel.
Follow the signs to Lagunas de Ruidera, take the C-30 road, and drive about nine kilometres to reach Los Batanes Campsite.

Route from Valencia

Take the A-3 motorway towards Madrid.
After approximately 170 kilometres, take the A-43 towards Ciudad Real.
After about 50 kilometres, exit at Villarrobledo towards Ossa de Montiel.
Continue for about 37 kilometres to the village.
Follow the signs for Lagunas de Ruidera, take the C-30 road, and drive about nine kilometres to reach Los Batanes Campsite.
