Contracting and Rules.

All contracted items, including additional ones like gazebos and awnings, must fit within the plot margins. Each plot has only one power connection (max 6 amps), so extension cables may be needed.

Payment and Cancellation.

• A 50% payment of the total stay amount is required at booking via credit/debit card.
• The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival or during the stay (to avoid departure day queues).

Cancellation Refunds.

• 100% refund (minus €3 fee) if cancelled 10+ days before arrival.
• Loss of first night's amount if cancelled 4-9 days before arrival.
• 100% deposit forfeited if cancelled 3 days or less before arrival.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of request.

Check-in/Check-out.

• Check-in: 12:00 noon to 12:00 pm
• Check-out: before 12:00 noon
• An early check-in option is available if the accommodation was unoccupied the previous day.

Equipment and Admission:

• Equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, crockery, glassware, pots, pans, coffee maker, colander, mortar, measuring jug, and a small cleaning kit.
• Sheets, blankets, and pillows are provided.
• Towels and other toiletries (e.g., soap, hairdryer, toilet paper) are not provided.
• Pet-friendly (bring pet belongings).
• Occupancy must not exceed the maximum allowed.

Bungalow Number: Assigned on the day of arrival.

Opening Times:

• Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Early check-in may be available depending on occupancy the previous day; please contact reception the night before your arrival.
• Check-out: at 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be available; please check with reception for availability and cost.
